So here is the next and last post of the year.

Something really colourful. I usually don't try such colourful thing.. I mean more than two-three colours. This was really fun to do .. I guess I should try more of such colourful projects.

Moments - Mixed media layout for Prima PPP

It 31st December and I have two posts to share with you all today. Last two for the year :)

I created this for Prima PPP. Because of some family issues I have not been able to craft much these days but I really wanted to share something before the year end so I managed it somehow. Hope you will like it.

'Beautiful Girl' -Mixed media layout

Hello friends!

Hope you all had a wonderful Christmas. I have a new layout to share today.

 I created this as my DT work for 2Crafty Chipboard. Ii used the Prima Marketing papers and embellishments.

I love the Hand drawn heart Frames. I Heat embossed it in gold embossing powder.

 I also used the ATC Tiny hearts on my page. I coloured them in red and the

 lightly applied gesso on top to lighten the colour.

Some close ups-

 The "Beautiful girl" title was first given a thick coat of gesso. Next I sprinkled some

 white glitter and diamond dust on top of it to give more texture. When it was completely

 dry I sprayed on some green and orange mist on top.

The arrows were sponged with white gesso. The sponging gives a gorgeous effect to any chippies.

Mixed media pages using 2Crafty chippies

Hello friends! Sone more using the  gorgeous 2Crafty chippies..Hope you like them. Here is my first page- 'LIVE OUT LOUD'

My first creation is this masculine layout. No flowers.  Only some chipboard pieces and metal embellishments :)  Grungy pages can be such a task to accomplish but with the  gorgeous 2Crafty chippies, its a cake-walk.  

The chippies have been painted using gesso and then stamped with 

script stamp and archival ink. This gave them grunge look I was aiming for.

The 'arrows' come in a sheet and there are around 30 designs to choose from in

 the set! I love to make masculine pages with arrows and gears.

Mixed media canvases using 2Crafty Chippies

Hello Everyone!
Hope you all are having a great time this holiday season.  I am sharing with you all a few of my creations that accidentally got deleted or just vanished..So I am reposting them.  Hope you like these . I made these using the gorgeous 2Crafty chippies .
 "Wonder"

Nature is my greatest inspiration in life. While I was growing up, me and my family loved making frequent trips to our countryside house. I guess it was then that I grew close to nature. I dedicated this canvas to my love for nature
Some close-ups

I made use of these wonderful chippies. Usually we would slip chippies like these behind flower clusters( which of course looks beautiful too! ) but the moment I saw these I just could think of anything else other than using them the way I did here. Aren't they just amazing??

I heat embossed my chippies in different tones of greens and then stamped  randomly on them to match with the background of the canvas.

"Always and forever"

 I love how this turned out. The photos aren't doing justice to the actual creation.  But this is the best I could manage!

I used old cardboard box under the heart frame with flowers chipboard. Lots of colour  and some stamping and stencilling on the Heart swirl chipboard piece.

You will love the Heart swirl chipboard frame piece in the background. It is an  11 inch frame which will last you long if you want to use it in pieces as I did.  This one instantly lifted my project. 

I heat embossed the heart frame with flowers and heart loopy frame chipboard  piece with gold embossing powder. In some areas I overheated it to make the  embossing paste bubble up for more textures.
