Hello!!
Today I'm sharing with you this awesome technique I saw at IBS blog by Leah...the faux silk technique. Here is my Z fold card using this technique..
Isn’t this gorgeous...this technique makes even the most
bright pattern papers so pleasant to look at..I just loved it...I distressed
the edges of paper as well..
I made this as a z fold card...keeping in mind the challenge at Masnsi’s blog diecuts and more...I so wanted to take part in one of her challenges since long...but things kept me busy...finally I'm am!!
I still have to add a picture here...so left it blank for the time being...will update soon..
I also stamped on images and script on the paper to give
that extra edge...the technique adds so much depth and texture to your
paper. Its definitely worth the effort!!
I also used the gorgeous crochet trim to add texture

DCAM challenges- interactive cards - I made a z fold card
Beyond grey challenges-shaped projects with garden twist-
I used the roses theme here...with white Victorian look as I have a garden just
like this one...roses and dasies..my inspiration is the roses and I have
incorporated it in the designs as well as the pattern paper...also the white and Victorian look...
